ABRUZZO - between the destroyed history, the upcoming controversies and tenders!

I started writing this blog with the intent to "give" something at the country which with so much love that adopted me 15 years ago. Talking about of Italy it's not so simple.
Then, just decided what I wanted to write, fell the darkness, the pain, fear, silence.
In recent days the world has turned their gaze towards Abruzzo.

Abruzzo!
In the last days we are talking about collapsed buildings, responsibilities, and the blame all of this. Now it's still a composure because, fortunately, the journalists are still conscient.
There are ancient churches, the Roman , houses that have existed for centuries! Course, are also houses, or hospitals, or institutions that have been set up in recent decades! And everything collapsed, old and new!
Each of these old rocks, old walls, ancient structurese and are telling about us, about all of us! And are not least of the Colosseum or the Vatican! Even about America! As Europe, Italy was "led" in America!
The jackals are and will be many; not only who steal from the destroyed houses!We donn't need this!

Will be the usual tenders and I wonder how many of those who genuinely care about the culture, the beauty, history could win?
There is nothing wrong if they call a construction company to rebuild with the intention of earning money! Right! But a question arises and I want to remeber you one reality, persistent and existent one: the global financial crisis that has brought to its knees the whole world! How many small business did need a job and have the potential, capabilities, the passion and the right approach at the culture? Worldwide,are so many!But they will not be taken into consideration and will not be someone who tell them: it's to do this work ... .... (to redo this church, to redo a house as it was before the collapse), but respecting the rules!

Who will win? The same people who have brought the crisis!???? And that it doesn't seems right!

Now serving the people, people who are ready to fight and get involved, with the heart, for those who now live under the sky, without a roof, without a history,if not all that is in their hearts, and for those who with their work and professionalism can restore at Abruzzo (and at whole Italy) the "sunrise", the smile the story and the history.

L'AQUILLA - part of us
It is the ufficial document of Conrad IV, dated precisely 1254, who confirm the birth of the city L'Aquila. So says:
“al fine di impedire a generici predoni, che davano man forte a quanti traditori si schieravano contro l'impero, di penetrare nel regno. Si stabilisce che nel luogo detto Aquila sito tra Amiternum e Forcona, laddove vi sono castelli disparsi ma fedeli, si costruisca una città che appunto sia Aquila riprendendo e il nome del luogo che l'emblema dell'impero. La fondazione gioverà sia al sovrano che ai sudditi. A quello in quanto si accrescerà il suo onore il suo utile, a quelli perché con più libertà potranno resistere alle prepotenze alle quali fino ad ora hanno dovuto con sofferenza soggiacere. Si stabiliscono quindi i confini del territorio. Da Corno putridi, gli ornelli puzzolenti di San Benedetto in Perillis, fino per tutto Amiternum. Asservendo demanialmente al territorio con alcune eccezioni tutti i colli vicini che vanno sotto il nome di Aquila. Inoltre vengono confiscati selve e boschi dentro i confini ad uso di quanti verranno ad abitare nella città. Si da inoltre licenza alla universitas aquilana di vendere o concedere a titolo gratuito siti edificabili. O più genericamente terre per i quali atti di cessioni l'imperatore da il suo pieno assenso. Si liberano nel frattempo da ogni obbligo feudale quanti si trovino a vivere entro i confini. Di qualunque condizione sociale essi siano ovvero essi stessi, i loro figli i loro eredi. Ponendosi tutti sotto l'immediata soggezione imperiale. Si ordina inoltre l'abbattimento di tutte le rocche feudali e in ogni modo le fortificazioni costruite entro i confini stabiliti eccettuati i luoghi muniti di giurisdizione imperiale e Castrum Cassari che viene riservato a G. (Gualtieri d'Ocre ndr.). Si da facoltà a chiunque lo voglia di venire a vivere in città e di munire la stessa di un giro di mura per la difesa con relative costruzioni di pertinenza che però non dovranno superare l'altezza di 5 canne. Si da licenza di tenere due fiere annuali ciascuna della durata di venti giorni e tre mercati settimanali tutti potranno accedere liberamente con le loro merci da tutte le contrade. Dimorare per la durata degli scambi e tornare senza impedimento alcuno”.
